Site Work at Summer Street Suites – 483 Summer St. Arlington, MA

New 14 unit residential and retail building. Work included ledge hammering, ground stabilization, excavation and back fill for new footings and foundation walls. Site drainage system included catch basins, drain manholes and infiltration systems. New fire, domestic water and sanitary sewer services were installed. New underground electric and telecommunication services were installed. New curbing, sidewalks and parking lot paving were also completed.
